Kaitlyn is the clinical pharmacist at NC eldercare and Horizon Internal Medicine. She received her doctorate of pharmacy from Wingate University in 2018. She has completed certifications that specialize in pain, diabetes, and MTMs.
She is involved in the implementation and enhancement of clinical pharmacy services including chronic care management, medication utilization review, medication cost concerns, and medication adherence. She strives to provide patient-specific and evidence-based treatment recommendations. On a more personal level, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football “GO Panthers”, reading, and playing video games in her spare time.
