DIETARY MANAGEMENT FOR IBS:
This involves following a, Low FODMAP, elimination diet for six weeks to promote bowel rest. Our dietitian will educate and coach you on the low FODMAP diet as well as provide you with low FODMAP meal and recipe ideas that will work for you and your family. After the six weeks, our dietitian will assist you in slowly reintroducing food groups to determine what foods you can and cannot tolerate. Following the low FODMAP dietary management program, you will be more confident in choosing foods that work best for your body while enjoying relief from IBS symptoms.
